ALL GOODS SOLD MUST BE:

Of satisfactory quality.
Safe and durable.
For the purpose of which they were intended.
As described on any packaging or display material.

These are the Customer’s Statutory Rights which cover all goods purchased from all Traders.
However, these rights do not extend to the customer if:

They were told of the fault when purchasing.
The goods have been mistreated by the purchaser, or used for a purpose for which they were not intended.
The customer simply changed their mind.
